All About Me

I am fully insured and qualified in Equine sports massage. After dreaming of doing this job since i was young. I am lucky to say that dream is now my reality. I am located in Devon therefore this will be the main area i cover, although will happly travel to surrounding areas for group or yards bookings. 

very soon i am hoping to be able to offer Rehabilitation livery at my private yard just outside newton abbot, where i will be catering for horses on box rest, post surgeries, horses requiring restricted exercise and more. I will be specialising in ground work rehabilitation including kissing spine rehab.

I have had horses all my life and have worked with them from the age of 14 as a weekend job to doing an apprenticeship from the age of 16. For the last 5 years i have been working for an equine welfare charity.

I have always had horses that require that little extra time and attention (I seem to attract them) Including my current horse who was given to us as he has kissing spines which Unforchantly surgery wasn't a option for him,. the first month we got him we starting from scratch making sure he was comfortable and that everything fit properly. After that we spent 2 months long reining him out and gentle hacking, then he was ready to start lunging and school work which has done him the world of good. we still make sure we are keeping up with the longreining and ground work and regular treatments from myself he is still comfortable living the life of a "normal" ridden horses. 

Its this boy that truly sparked my passion for Rehabilitation.
